Rosalia

Rosalia Vila aka Rosalia is an Spanish Flamenco/Pop performer. When she was a teenager, she has worked with traditional as well as popular music. Her singing interests have broadened to encompass soul and hip-hop. Her voice has been called by no less of a talent than flamenco musician Pepe Habichuela as sweet and sharp and with a bite that is similar to those of the past. El Mal Querer is her second album that was released in 2018, which was critically and commercially successful. After Los Angeles, her debut album released in 2017, she received an award from the Latin Grammy for Best New Artist and also the Latin Grammy nod. La Fama, featuring The Weeknd came out in 2021. It was her third studio album. Motomami featured songwriting collaborations with a variety of producers and artists such as Cory Henry and James Blake. It was released in 2022, as a result of the Saturday Night Live appearance by the singer Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the only solo performer for the first time ever on the show. Motomami the album by Rosalia that won the three Latin Grammy Awards also made Rosalia the first female artist to have won the Latin Album of the Year be awarded twice.
